What HR documents do I need to update annually or periodically to be in compliance?
In order to ensure compliance, you must submit the following before they expire:
Annual Malpractice insurance
NYS DOH approval (if applicable)
Do I need to have the PDD shot every year?
What happens to my cases if I do not update an expired document in time?
In the event that we do not receive your updated paperwork in time, you risk having your cases temporarily or permanently reassigned to other Providers.
