DOH VS Non-DOH Providers

Simply put, DOH providers are providers who have a separate agreement with the State. Under that agreement, DOH providers are to submit copies of their case documentation to the agency and keep all the originals of their case documentation. This includes session notes, progress reports, & any other documentation related to their caseload.

If you've never applied to have an agreement with the State, it means you are a non-DOH provider. Non-DOH providers must give all their originals of their case documentation to the agency and keep copies of their case documentation for themselves. This includes session notes, progress reports, & any other documentation related to their caseload.
